The Good Dog Machine is waterproof with an IP67 rating. You should have no problems at all. If your dogs swim a lot and you ever notice or hear water inside the receiver, don't worry! Just remove the silicone charging plug and let the device drain and air dry for an hour or two. Water in the case will not hurt the receiver as the electronics are all sealed and protected.

There is no shock feature on the receiver, because who really wants to shock their dog? The remote is MagSafe compatible and can adhere to any magnetic surface; cell phone, refrigerator, etc. We also include an adhesive pad so you can stick a remote to a non-MagSafe phone or any other flat surface.
